Delran High School’s boys basketball team wrapped up their 2025 season with a hard-fought game against Robbinsville in the NJSIAA Central Jersey, Group 2 tournament. Despite a strong start, Delran ultimately fell 72–54 in the first round.
The game, held on March 4, was marked by intense action and determined defense on both sides. Delran’s players showed resilience and skill, but Robbinsville’s fast breaks and accurate shooting proved too much in the second half.
Coach praised the team for their hard work throughout the season. “These young men gave it everything they had,” he said. “I’m proud of their growth, not just as athletes but as individuals.”
Senior players were honored in a short ceremony after the game, with emotional moments shared between teammates, families, and supporters. Many of these players have been with the program since middle school, making the season finale especially meaningful.
The team now looks to regroup and train for the next year, with underclassmen ready to step up. While this year’s journey ended in a loss, the foundation has been set for future success.
